destination: bangers

Well, I have made it!

After a reasonably long trip via Singapore, we touched down in Bangers last night. So far, so good. The hotel is a delightful 2.5 stars, with included brekkie. woo. Saying that, brekkie was hard boiled eggs, rice with milk and cucumber...hmmm...So I was boring and opted for the toast with jam option. You'd think that would be simple enough to get right considering i make toast daily but my toast came out on the darker side. Satisfied that it will be fine, I start eating it. Then a waiter comes around and shakes his hand at me telling me my toast was too black. I used my poor thai skills to say it was okay and I was happy. A few minutes later he comes back with perfectly cooked toast. whoops. I failed at my first task!

So off to the first day of learning all about thailand!!
